Soccer Shots Oahu Policies

PAYMENTS:

• If a child has an unpaid balance from a previous season, the outstanding balance must first be paid in full before continuing in the current season. In this case, any payments submitted for the current season will be credited to the previous season until the account balance is paid.

REFUNDS:

All requests for enrollment cancellation must be made in writing via email to oahu@soccershots.com. Please provide the participant’s first and last name along with the class you wish to cancel. See refund/credit eligibility requirements below.

• Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class.
• Refunds will not be issued for any unscheduled cancellation by site staff.

Full Refund Request (Before Season Start):

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to oahu@soccershots.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the first class.
• Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the first class will result in a one-class fee.

Partial Refunds (After Season Start):

• Cancellation requests made after the season has started will be prorated from the date of your request, based on the remaining classes (regardless of attendance).
• Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time of the upcoming class will result in the charge of that class.
• Partial refunds can be processed up until 48 hours after the conclusion of the third class.

Partial Refund (After the Third Class):

• Cancellation requests made 48 hours or more after the third scheduled class date are only eligible for a half-season refund.
• Refunds will not be issued if the child is registered beyond the midway point of a season (i.e., registered after the 4th completed session of a 9-week season).

Non-Issuance of Refunds or Credits:

• No refunds or credits will be issued after a program's scheduled end date.
• Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions due to personal reasons (e.g., travel, illness, schedule conflicts).
• Refunds or credits will not be issued for failure to attend scheduled make up sessions.
• Unused credits are non-transferable to other accounts and are not eligible for refunds, regardless of participant age.
• The Annual Enrollment Fee, which is charged once every 365 days, is non-refundable and cannot be waived.

WEATHER POLICY:

• Soccer Shots may cancel class due to inclement weather, such as extreme heat, extreme cold, low air quality, or intense rain (subject to the discretion of Soccer Shots).
• We often wait until the day of class to make a decision in order to get a more accurate assessment. The decision to attend class is always up to you.
• We will send communications via text and email as soon as a decision is made to cancel a class.

MAKE UP CLASSES:

• Make up sessions cannot be scheduled for individual players unable to attend scheduled sessions for personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc).
• Whenever possible, we will use indoor space during inclement weather. If there is no indoor space available, Soccer Shots schedules one make up class each season due to a class cancellation. Examples include a coach call out, weather cancellation, or park closure. Additional cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or a future class voucher.
• Make up sessions may take place on a different day or time from the original session.
• Soccer Shots will work with site staff to schedule make ups for any canceled sessions during the season. If a make up cannot be offered, a refund of one or two sessions may be issued, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

SEASON CANCELLATIONS:

• A minimum of 5 participants for any session is required at least 5 days before the first session for that program to take place.
• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, we will attempt to find alternative programming, or a full refund will be offered.
• Cancellation notices will be sent by email to the account email address, typically not less than 48 hours before the session.
• If, for any reason, a program is canceled once the season has begun, we will offer a prorated refund for the value of the cancelled sessions.

DISCOUNTS:

• Sibling and Military discounts can only be arranged before the season begins and before registering, and must be requested by the enrolling parent(s).
• Limit one coupon code per family.

TRANSFER POLICY:

• Transfers will be accommodated within the same season as long as there is room in the program a participant is transferring to.

ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL POLICY:

• It is required that a parent or guardian remain on site during the entire duration of Soccer Shots - Public or Park Classes. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all children, as well as to create a positive and engaging environment for everyone involved. We understand that parents may have other obligations, but we kindly request your cooperation in prioritizing your child's safety and enjoyment during the class.
• If your child is to be picked up by someone other than you, please provide a note to the coach. Children will not be released to anyone unknown to the Soccer Shots Coach.
• Parents are expected to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled end time of a session. A Late Pick-up Fee of $5 per 5 minutes will be invoiced to any parent arriving more than 5 minutes late. The fee must be paid before the following session.
